What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit dynamixlab.com or contact us through it, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It does not cover other websites we link to, such as LinkedIn or WhatsApp. Those services have their own policies.
Data we collect and why
When you use the contact form or write to us
Data: your name, email address and message; optionally your company, role, phone number and the topic you select. Purpose: to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: we keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract, in which case contract records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Please do not send us sensitive data (for example, health information) through the form.
When you call us or message us on WhatsApp
We receive your phone number and what you tell us, for the same purposes and on the same legal basis as above. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy.
Technical data needed to run the site
Data: IP address, browser type, the page requested, date and time, recorded in the web server's access logs and, for the contact form, in a short-lived record used to block spam and repeated submissions. Purpose: to deliver the site securely and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: access logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its standard settings; rate-limit records are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Analytics — only with your consent
If you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are visited, for how long, from which kind of device and roughly from which country. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules on cookies). Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising and we do not combine analytics data with your contact details. Transfers: Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has found to provide an adequate level of protection.
If you click "Decline", or do nothing, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Who receives your data
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf: our web and email hosting provider (SuperHosting.bg, Bulgaria), which stores the website, server logs and our mailboxes in the EU; and Google Ireland Limited for analytics, only if you consent. We may disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a public authority with a lawful request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data deleted; restrict how we use it; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing based on our legitimate interests; and withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To use any of these rights, email a.balabanov@dynamixlab.com. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), www.cpdp.bg. If you live or work in another EU country, including Malta (Information and Data Protection Commissioner, idpc.org.mt), you may complain to the authority there.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. The contact form is protected against automated abuse. Access to our mailboxes is restricted to Alexander Balabanov. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile visitors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
